Just moved in 10 days ago and I’m loving it. Honestly, it was like love at first sight. I looked at around 7 apartments, but my heart was already set on Casa Grande from the beginning. I remember my first tour was on a rainy day and Genie still gave me the full experience like a professional. A big thing I look at in deciding an apartment is the leasing and management staff and how relatable and nice they are. I must have toured like 4 times, few extra times with my mom and another time with my mom and brother. Honestly, I was probably annoying and had a LOT of questions, but Genie and Erica were always warm and welcoming and patient with me. They were super nice to my mom and brother as well. I want to give a big shoutout to Debra and Alex and all the crew who helped us move to a bigger apartment. Debra was so helpful as always and Alex and his crew did a great job getting the apartment ready. As with any older complex, there are issues that pop up but the team here always tries their best to handle them as fast as possible, and I understand that they have their hands somewhat tied by the corporate overlords! Keep up the good work!

This review is long overdue, but very well deserved. I want to thank everyone who works at Casa Grande for the wonderful experience and support they’ve given us. Every staff member has been kind, helpful, and truly dedicated to making this community a great place to live. A special thank-you to Debra, who has always been so nice and quick to help whenever we had a concern or issue. Your patience and professionalism never went unnoticed. I also want to express my gratitude to the maintenance team, especially Gilbert, who consistently went above and beyond. His hard work and willingness to help made such a difference. This is a pretty safe community with excellent amenities. My time as a resident here was short but very comfortable for me and my mom. Love that the apartments are pet friendly and in a very walkable neighborhood. The leasing office staff are also very helpful and share resources with tenants to make their move-in and move-out process as smooth as possible. This is also the first community I’ve come across that organizes small events to allow tenants to meet one another (i.e.food trucks). I’ll be sad to leave but would highly recommend Casa Grande apartments to any potential tenant.
