FUSION BUILDS GREAT HOMES. Fusion built a house for my brother’s family back in 2019/2020 and it was a solidly constructed home with everything a person would want, inside and out. Because I saw the quality and care that Fusion puts into their product, I walked into the Fusion office in 2022 and said I was thrilled with how my brother's house turned out and I wanted Fusion to build the dream house my wife and I wanted. Fusion Homes quite literally saved our vacation home from becoming a failed dream. Let me explain. We began the journey to build our dream vacation home on Lake Shickshinny with Vision Homes. That company went out of business with no warning taking our first construction loan draw and leaving us despondent. An employee at Superior walls, the company tasked with making our foundation enthusiastically recommended that we contact JD at Fusion Homes. We met with JD and he agreed to take over our project within the same budget and to help us quickly so that we could keep our original construction loan (rates had risen significantly). s we were told we owed an additional $20,000 that went above budget. We were never told about this amount until the end. It was either pay up or not get the keys to our home. Our bank thankfully was able to rush an home equity line of credit on top of the substantial construction loan we already took out. In the year following moving in normal events, from settling, like walls cracking and window sills pulling away happened. Other things like finding an area of our kitchen cabinets that were damaged during installation and then covered up with some kind of wood puddy, which I pushed into while cleaning, started to show up. At about the 10 month mark I started reaching out inquiring about fixing these things at the 1yr since construction touch up most construction companies honor. I was ins
