Fulton Woods Apartments

I've lived here for over a decade now and many property managers have came and went. Each one very nice and were always pleasant to deal with. I've been very pleased by the work and the prompt response the recent manager Mihaela and maintenance Peter have done. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

I've lived here for several months and I have found it to be beautiful and peaceful. The units have been renovated nicely. Management and maintenance are so kind, they care about the tenants, and work really hard to make the complex feel safe, updated, and well-maintained.

I've lived at the Fulton woods for about eight years now. They have recently changed management companies and the new property manager is extremely rude and never works during the posted hours. She sent maintenance to my house twice for annual maintenance they had to complete but she never provided a proof of service which made me very uncomfortable and is against the law. Overall not a professional person to deal with and unpleasant.
