I always enjoy this area close to downtown central location easy access to different location s of the city and in neighborhood that I know some of neighbor s as I walk through area and take bus system as needed close by and in a timely manner use of Suntran bus services. For much needed errands. Catholic church nearby corner close by. Also if bank needed for services close by also within walking distance. Downtown has small grocery store johnny Gibson for any last minute purchases for completing a meal. Instead of going to larger store.

The parking lot is pretty narrow. I noticed no wall or fence or any kind of barrier around the property to add security for the residents. I had a friend (single mother) who used to reside there that told me she was almost a almost a victim of assault by a passerbyer who was probably on his way to Santa Rita park which is a known hotspot for vagrants.

Every time when I do my walks at night and I go by this apartment complex is very quiet actually the whole neighborhood is.

This apartments are great and for low income people who need a place right away I recommend it to low income family in help

It's a good apartment for rent.
