Highly recommend this crew. We had them do 2 inspections for out new build. One at time of purchase, and the second for the 12 month warranty. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and personable. They take the time to not only perform a detailed home inspection, but they are great at communicating findings and recommendations. We also had plenty of questions that were not necessarily inspection related, but house related, and they were more than happy to add in their insights. If you need a home inspection, look no further. Great team.

Front Porch Inspections was on time, communicated clearly, and took time to answer all my questions. The report was easy to read and to understand what were more or less serious issues. They have a handy section you can use to organize and send objections to your sellers, but I did not use this since my agent had it covered.
