There’s a review hidden somewhere within all these fake reviews, where I was pleased with this company during the first month of my residency. I don’t know what’s worse, the company, or the homeowners that hire this company. Everything is good in Dandy, until you need things done. The pennypinching, the incomplete jobs, the attitude, the random charges, the lack of human decency. like I said. I was happy, until I wasn’t. The worst part right now is thinking about how excited I was when I moved into my apartment, to how much disappointment, and anger I feel towards these people. Everything for them is about money, and my neighbors will tell u how much the building went downhill when Froerer partnered with them. Be smart, Stay away.

I absolutely loved this new management that took over! They were so nice and understanding! This girl named Sara the girl that works in the front desk she was so nice and made me and my husband very comfortable and she was very friendly! She made sure if we ever needed anything to not to hesitate and to reach out and she would help us on anything! I definitely recommend leasing from this company! Overall very happy and satisfied with everything!!! :)
