They DONT care that their properties particularly SOHO Apartments in DURHAM NC is riddled with BED BUGS and MOLD and has cost me thousands in HEALTH CARE Expenses for my children in which I have medical reports to prove. The woman from the rent office advised me to get an ATTORNEY or take up my issue with COLLECTIONS!! I just wanted to leave the property quietly but im being charged HUNDREDS! How much more should I suffer? You think ppl are throwing away their hard earned belongings just because? The estates at rock hill If you’re considering moving here, think twice. These photos are just a glimpse of how management neglects basic upkeep and tenant safety. Large fallen trees and branches have been blocking roads, the parking situation is horrible the parking spots are so small and tight it’s not enough room for two cars to drive through the complex making it unsafe and inconvenient. If you have visitors think again because there are only 10 visitor parking spots and management will let you know they enforce towing and if you do get towed it’s about 300 dollars to get your vehicle back, There’s even broken building materials left out front with no urgency to clean up. Aug.2, 2024 moved into J2B to Icon Durham apartments in 1500 Duke University Road, Durham, NC 27701. Place was roach infested, holes in the floors, walls and main door. Mold in the closets and under the AC. Behind the radiators are 1-2inch space between the floor and base boards. The main door has holes in the frame and visible hallway light shines through for more roaches to come in. Bathroom was filthy with caked on dirt within the shower tiles. The closets filled with holes for roach entry. The kitchen ceiling painted over from a previous leak. Currently a fresh leak from June 27 and July 16, 2025 and July 20, 2025 water leak from the bedroom outlet and the AC is not running. July 17, 2025 building J was entered for pest control and I came from work to see new roaches and a hug

SCAM!!! Moved into Icon at Park Circle in North Charleston, SC - DO NOT MOVE HERE. Unless you want to be ignored and denied basic livable units. The office is unresponsive and make false promises about maintenance and repairs. The houses are literally falling apart and their "fix" is when you put in a request is to automatically close it without actually addressing the issue. I have been dealing with a water/leak issue since June and nothing is resolved still and it's now October. You've been warned. You will have nothing but the most horrendous experience if you do decide to give this property your business. Worst mistake I have made is moving into a establishment ran by this place.

This is regarding your Venue Apartment homes- Burlington Nc First off, let me start by saying the venue team is awesome. Devon, Kaitlin, Jerry and the rest of the maintenance team was in my opinion top notch. What I did have an issue with, is the roach infestation that my family was forced to live with for a year. A big corporation like Friedlam partners llc should not be allowing this at all. For a year, we found roaches in places they should’ve never been. We shouldn’t have had roaches AT ALL. Multiples times I reached out to the office and they did what they could but more should’ve been done by corporate. We lived in another unit within this complex and didnt have an issue. The new unit we moved to, that entire building should’ve been treated because I know for a fact we were not the
