Being an out of state landlord I was told that they would handle all the necessary needs of the property. It was a complete lie. They did nothing except collect their monthly fee and mark up services by the contractors. Instead of taking care of the property he was trying to push his own business services on my tenants. Totally complete conflict of interest. He never visited the property. When the tenants moved out the property property had over $10,000 in damages. The tenants damaged the property because he never inspected the property once. The tenants left the property in the winter time and no heat was in the building so the pipes could have burst, he did nothing to secure the property. I am leaving ZERO stars which is a shame if you are looking for a property with a PROFESSIONAL property management service run elsewhere. I had a showing set up for today for one of there properties. I drove more then a hour away, came before my scheduled time, recieved the message on how to access the unit as these properties are self showing, and my access code which is supposed to be the last 4 digits of my phone number does not work, I can’t get in touch with ANYONE the lady who answered the phone doesn’t work with the company you can’t speak to anyone directly with the company every option you choose the phone hangs up and text messages you and all the messages are automated messages. Words may not be enough to say how outstanding of an experience we have had with Fridman Properties since our move to Chicago in 2021! I mean, the Fridman Properties team are literal SUPERHEROES! My husband, myself, and our two dogs moved to Unit GN in Chicago from metro-Atlanta, Georgia, and we came in not knowing much about what to expect about life in the big city. We didn't realize central heating and air, dishwashers, and in-unit washers and dryers were a luxury in Chicago, but thankfully all of the Fridman properties came with those! We hired Fridman Properties to handle our rental for the past five years now.  They made the process easy and straightforward. Ran and his team are quick to answer, friendly, and trustworthy.  We always felt like we we are in good hands, they are top notch, highly recommended.

We love this place! It is the second time we’ve stayed here this year. First of all, it is very conveniently located near our relatives in Hyde Park. But also, it is a lovely apartment and Ran is a wonderful host. The apartment is very stylish, with many lovely aesthetic touches. It is furnished with all the amenities one could hope for. We had no worries about security and could enter and exit easily by means of a key pad. Ran is extremely attentive to his guests and responds quickly to any query. The first time we came, we suggested the addition of night lights, and sure enough there where several of them placed at various places. Our stays both times were quite enjoyable and we hope to stay here again the next time we’re in Chicago.
