The no left exit is a pain. Aside from that, I have been here for a couple years and things were okay but I just learned there’s mold and humidity issues from faulty construction of roofs. Water is now leaking into several apts on all floors & there's no ventilation system so there is high humidity - mold. Corporate has been dragging its feet on the 12 Dakota building roof for 1-2yrs. Now that it has become unlivable for some, they are making minimal efforts which IMO are not conducive to the extent and longevity of the damage. Staff responses are superficial at best. Attempts to correct this serious issue have been unprofessional. They are having maintenance do things a mold/HAZMAT co should be handling. There is leaking inside AC units/walls behind them and they are prepping for an HVAC

DO NOT CONSIDER!! This is a WARNING. Their tenants are living w unresolved hazards. Broken heating units. Leaking ceilings. Water pooling in the rooms. AC Mold. I have a family member who still sends me pictures and they refuse to fix the problems after MONTHS of letters and calls to the office and maintenance. They ignore calls and every time payment is due they hold the check/payment for weeks on end. This isn't just one unit either.

I was on the waiting list for over a year while they were constructing. When eventually called they decided I didn't qualify for income based because I might get commission. OK fine, I applied and was on the waiting list for a market rate apartment. I checked in occasionally but nobody would answer the phone or emails. Then one day they did, and had rented out the last apartment. Nobody had ever contacted me and I know they didn't go from the waiting list. Completely unprofessional.

Dont even look at this place. 8 months to replace a shattered window. Broken doors at all times looses all your information making you have to get half a years worth of statements 2 times maybe 3 depending on how many times they loose it.cant fix anything.

Me and my partner tired moving in they told us Nov 2021 it would be ready. Then the date moved to Jan 2022. We withdrew our application because they never communicated it was still under construction. We had an impression by the Property Manager that we could move in Jan6th. On Jan3rd we were told by the TOWN HALL that they were not done with construction. The property never communicated. i sent multiple emails and calls but no one ever responded. I am very disappointed.
