Eagle Rock Apartments at Hudson

I lived here for 6 years. There were pros and cons, but in the end there were more cons than pros. The pros were: no porch pirates, available parking, parking area gets plowed in the winter, water stays hot, heat was always working, we received our deposit back in a timely manner, Jennifer in the rental office was very pleasant to work with and Gaston in maintenance was always very helpful. The cons were: very thin walls and ceilings, water was always being shut off due to plumbing issues and no accommodation offered, inaccurate timeframes for when repairs would take place and how long they would take, contractors leaving a mess inside of the apartment when doing renovations, mold growing on walls, constant noise due to apartments being renovated and nothing done to accommodate the people

My moving experience was great, Eagle Rock helped me with some difficulties I faced with transferring my lease, and when renovations took a longer time then predicted, they ensured I was able to find housing until finding a solution. They where committed to ensuring my experience with them was smooth and as easy as possible.

Ever since I moved to Eagle Rock in 23’ I have had nothing but a great experience! The community that resides here is respectful and kind! No noisy neighbors or barking dogs (for me at least)! You are far enough back from Lowell Rd (super busy) that you don’t hear street noise/traffic! But just close enough to have a short commute to getting the things you want and need! Whether it be breakfast/dinner, pharmaceutical needs, groceries, or just a general store. Lowel rd has everything a resident could possibly need! Eagle Rock Hudson has changed a lot since I initially moved here in August 2023. Not for the worst but for the better! I've lived at Eagle Rock for a little over year and worked with Michael Deschenes, who's been amazing. From our first interaction he was welcoming, made the leasing process so easy, and went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were answered or any issues promptly resolved. He's genuinely committed to providing great service, consistently going out his way to offer assistance in any way he can. It's great to have someone like him around, especially since the property doesn't have many amenities.

I am updating my previous review I will say the property management is responsive to the tenants. Now I do not know if it is a corporate thing or what, because Eagle Rock has many properties. But in all seriousness please bring back our bridge that connected the properties. I have been here since 2020, the changes are what they are not much one can do about them. Our apartment where it is located is quiet and love listening to the birds and such. They are currently putting in a grilling area on one side of the property. I was told the dog park would be going on the other side of the property. However, the bridge is gone and I think having to drive/walk over to the other property to use an amenity that is for everyone is not convenient. So I really hope something is done about tha
