Buyer be ware. If you buy now you’ll pay later. Just ask the residents of SkyView Estates in Pelham NH. Another sub division developed by (John the owner of Elkridge Construction). I know I bought one of his disasters ( my house). They will promise you anything until they take your hard earned money. Nothing but shoddy work in every detail. When you are touring the homes at Eagles Nest pay close attention to building construction and site work. Demand fresh loam not the “Forest Loam” which they try and put down and seed it. Nothing grows. More to come. A very angry and deceived buyer.
