Friar Tuck Apartments

My daughter paid her application fee of $50 set up her account online, paid an administrative fee, and double deposit not to mention a move in fee. However she is still being told that she do not have an apartment ready or have one at all. Every week we call we always get a I don’t know. At this point it’s a lot of dishonesty and I don’t knows but they took all of her money. I suggest that if anyone is trying to get or have already paid just get your money back by calling your bank immediately!! I’m not sure what Kelly had going on but it wasn’t to help anyone.

I stayed there for 5 years and finally decided to move . The apartments has been under 3 management since I stayed there but this last management ( MMG management) hired the worst property managers. They are unreachable . If you have a maintenance request plan on it been forever to get the issue resolved . Such an horrible experience . They don’t have a valid number online and property manger is barely in office . I requested to move 60 days in advance which it the requirement for MMG but the property manager never put in my request. I ended up having to call corporate due to the maintenance man taking my Ac unit without a cause and I never requested that my ac unit was out just to find out the property manager never put in my move out request . Horrible management !!!!

DO NOT APPLY HERE. This was the absolute worst apartment process that I have ever been through. After weeks of no communication I was told today that apartments are not ready for move in. No one answers the phone or gives complete explanations of what is going on. After all this i was still denied a refund for the application fee that i paid although there has been no communication from them. I rather sleep on top of old Smokey than stay here. It is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Horrible experience. When my lease was coming to an end they were going through a transition of companies. Tried countless of times to get in contact with them. They were unreachable, had non working numbers listed on their website and false addresses. Horrible communication. Would not recommend at all.

Don’t move here!! Still haven’t received my security deposit after being out for 2 months. I left the unit clean with evidence to prove. New manager claims it’s the higher people haven’t sent it out
