Franklin Plaza Apartments

One of your tenants on the third floor locks their dog up on the balcony and lets it bark non stop. The entire neighborhood can hear it. Fix it.

Let me tell you, after living in Hollywood for almost a decade, there is not a building I’d take over Franklin Plaza. I lived here for a couple years and I have never lived in such a peaceful, well taken care of building. The amenities in them self are unbeatable, the pool is even heated! The gym is well-kept as well as the pool and hot tub. The units are huge, have central AC, assigned parking spots and you can’t beat having Runyon on your block. I haven’t even mentioned how incredibly kind and caring Nicki the manager is. I had to leave the building due to a breakup but I loved it so much here I am moving back in!

This apartment building is so noisy. Tortured by the very loud music coming from the pool all day long, people are partying in room late at night, and the management doesn’t do anything about it. It’s a poorly managed building. No respect for residents. Don’t live here.

I have lived in LA for over 10 years, and this is by far the worst building I ever leased with. I was forced to vacate my unit in July, 3 weeks before my lease end because the AC unit broke and they were unable to fix it or provide a reasonable replacement during the hottest week of the year. Management is never available or present. Neighbors are illegal immigrants that will attempt to use your identity. The building is full of large aggressive dogs (that they don’t ask for any information about) so if you have a small dog they will be constantly terrified. Residents are always partying, the pool and jacuzzi and gym are dirty. Overall a disgusting building. Management refuses to replace anything till it’s completely broken leaving residents with out AC, washer/dryer, stove etc till they o

In late December 2020, right before Christmas we realized that our storage in this apartment is empty which was full of our precious and valuable items. We reached out to the managers of this apartment and they told us they mistakenly "throw away" our items because they believed it belonged to another unit. My husband and I were shocked, terrified, and could not believe they could have done such a terrible mistake. They told us to give them a list of items and they will reimburse the money. It's been almost two month and they haven't paid us and they aren't willing to pay the fair market value of our items. All our valuable items and of course our memories are gone but no one taking responsibility. The managers of this building are so irresponsible for their own negligence and mistake. It
