Franklin Place

I've been coming here for days and the office has been closed without hours posted. Was told that the turnover rate for management is super high. I'd be more than willing to help manage the property but there's no number to call to get an application for employment OR housing. I don't know who owns/runs this property but the lack of management here is foreshadowing to how living here would be and I want no part of it. Owner, please get your act together or hand it over to someone who will.

We have been homeless for a while needing a place to stay. We were put on the waiting list for an apartment for our family. Now they are saying we have to pass a credit check and pay over $1200. Can a low income place in Tennessee do this? It’s ridiculous!

I live there only problems I have is slow at fixing things, they get fixed eventually... Another problem is drugs get sold by my building cars line up and u can see drug deals being done, that's crazy broad daylight to... Not good for children to see that... If they would fix things promptly and get the trash that sells drugs outta here one way is to put up a no loitering sign where the drugs are being sold.... All it would take once that sign is up is a call to the police boom major drug bust.... Point being if that was stopped and things were fixed promptly this would be a great place to live......

The village used to be bussin' & everyone who lived there was family, now it's quiet, constantly got snitches on payroll & still has roaches. But I'm biased because of neighborly issues 😂

Worst place to live. Management has changed numerous times. They lose paperwork. Drugs all over the place.
