They sent a very misleading letter out advising "URGENT NOTICE PLEASE ACT IMMEDIALTEY" .....and to call for important information regarding you home loan. The envelope return address states PENALTY FOR TAMPERING *** CONFIDENTIAL***** IT ALSO STATES *****VERY IMPORTANT*** REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ACTION When I called to advise that the letter could be misunderstood, especially for older folks who may panic thinking there is a problem. I was told by the very "cocky" person who answered the phone and also signed the letter, that they have their letters reviewed and audited several times a year and have been told there is not a problem and he really didnt care what it looked like. Any company that has to resort to misleading correspondence as well "games" to get business might not be the kind of

She gets you pre-approved with just a phone call and gets you set up with a realtor in a day. When you begin the loan process, she sends you an email of everything she needs from you, who you will be in touch with throughout the loan process so there are no surprises, and is there for you via text or email every step of the way. Would highly recommend Franklin Mortgage Soultions to any and everyone. My husband and I worked with Orlando and Michelle who were absolutely amazing. They definitely went above and beyond. By all means they exceeded our expections and were just absolutely wonderful to work with! We had a few bumps throughout the process on our end which complicated things. However they still worked diligently and somehow managed to still make our loan work! We refinanced our house and are now saving thousands of dollars!
