Logan and the team here were great! The community was beautiful and well cared for with fantastic amenities. The team did a fantastic job keeping non-residents (aside from guests) out of the pool area during the summer and were always pushing the community to maintain trash and dog waste to keep everything pristine. Would highly recommend to others.

These apartments are really a hidden gem in Springboro! The apartments are beautiful, clean and well constructed. Logan and Gracie were very knowledgeable and helpful in touring a couple different units and hearing all our options in renting!

Meribel has found themselves a 'Gem' in Ms. Logan Jackson. I can speak for the numerous recent residents whom she has worked with. All high marks in all aspects of her job. A Pure Gem!!

We lived here for a year and loved it. We had a beautiful brand new apartment with so much space and closets and the maintenance was so quick and responsive even on holidays! Logan, the property manager was also super nice and responsive and always went above and beyond to help. Overall we were happy but the water quality in the area sucks, every drop of water left a ton of residue and was hard to maintain baths and sinks clean. Also the dryer makes the loudest obnoxious sound ever when done. Otherwise living there felt very comfortable and happy!
