Our family finally found a house after looking for more than a year. During this long and stressful process of house hunting during the pandemic and shortage of houses, it was Mark’s cheerful and helpful attitude that helped us through it. He was always there with an immediate response and ready to show us houses at very short notice. He was always there to guide us and never gave us the feeling that we were bothering him with innumerable questions as we are first time home buyers.
