Frank helped us to buy our the first house during COVID-19. I was new to PA state and I had no clue about houses and locations. He helped to get familiar with locations that would help us to commute to work. We started with condos and bought house at the end. Frank showed us more than 100 properties to be familiar with condos, townhouse and houses. He was our google as he answered all our questions. He helped us from day 1 till the closing day. We closed the house few days back and now he is helping us with post house purchase activities. We are loving this house :) He is very professional and also an amazing person. I can personally say that Frank is THE best. I have bought two homes with his help and rented a lovely home. The words "above and beyond" don't compare to the true sacrifice he makes for all of his clients. Examples- found and closed on a home in 30 days. TWICE. found me a rental exactly where I needed from an amazing man who wasn't even renting the property. No circumstance is difficult for him. If he could fix my life 3 times he can do anything. He has come to my aid when things go wrong. Long story short. He's become family and I have never thought of hiring another agent or even discussing a deal with another agent. He's the best.
