Suburban Court Apartments

I was a renter here for almost 6 years. I've had a great experience throughout my entire time at Suburban Court Apartments. (The only reason I moved out was because of a life change, and I was sad to leave!) April, Emerson, and O have always been super friendly, reliable, and willing to help. If you have a maintenance request, they get to you ASAP and they really care about their renters. Can't recommend enough. They also maintain the units, as well as the complex and landscaping very nicely, especially for an older building. If I were ever in a position to live alone and rent again, I would be returning! :)

I lived in the Suburban Court Apartment for 4yrs I thought it would only be one year while I was making changes. It was a perfect fit, felt safe and I was very comfortable. The space was perfect I’ve attached some pictures to show the charm. The location is ideal near all the shops restaurants parks music venues public transportation and coffee houses Fantastic!!!! Most importantly the whole team that runs, maintains the building and provides services are truly outstanding. Top Notch Indeed. Starting with April the manager Oniekel and Emerson the master of all trades they are so personable always available so friendly They made it feel like home they’re like family. Had a bad experience living here. Parking situation is a mess and the apartments are outdated with poor natural light. For what you get, it is not a good deal at all - it is worth spending the extra money to live somewhere nicer. Plus people in the neighborhood walk by smoking weed, so the smell comes into the apartment if the windows are open.

I was a resident at SCA for a bit over a year. I moved just to get a bigger place since there was wasn’t any availability for a larger unit and I happened to find one that was around the same area and larger. That said - I was happy to stay at SCA for the time I did, the whole team there was great and I had a really positive experience! The building is kept clean, maintenance requests are handled so fast, and the units are really charming. They seem to care a lot about improving the place too where they see fit which is always nice as a lot of places just don’t upgrade things unless they have to. Highly recommend!

The service here is amazing. I'm just moving in and through Connor, Francesco, and April I have had a wonderful experience. They were able to help me with my questions and really helped ease my anxiety as this is new to me. I can't wait to move in.
