My family and I have had the privilege of staying at The Athens through the end of the summer into the fall as we navigate the housing market between a home sale and a new home purchase. Despite the issues we ran into while searching for our next house, and our timeline being disrupted because of the tumultuous nature of the real estate sector, The Athens and its management have been nothing short of amazing in working with us through the process and assisting us with lease extensions and addressing any concerns we may have had along the way, seeking to set us at ease throughout the whole endeavor. A wastewater leak flooded my unit and required days of remediation. Even though management acknowledged the disruption, they refused any rent refund for the uninhabitable period. Other residents had ceilings replaced, yet the property downplayed the issue. Be cautious - poor transparency and accountability.

I just moved in this Tuesday, and the experience here in the Athens apartment is amazing. The staff members here, Shannon and Jose, are so nice and welcoming, and they try to help me with every single thing in the most supreme way and in a warm manner. They are THE BEST! I look forward to having a great time here in Athens.

Horrible management. Our rental application was declined—not because we didn’t qualify, but because they wanted us to apply for a more expensive unit!! They mentioned to us they were trying to reserve the apartment we actually wanted for someone else. Completely unethical behavior, prioritizing profit over fairness. Beware if you’re considering renting here.

The Athens Apartments was a great place to call home. The property manager and maintenance staff were great. They were always available to take care of things that needed attention. The apartments were spacious and unique with a great luxury feel. The location was perfect for travel in and out of Center City. It was also perfect for local bars, restaurants, and local entertainment. I recommend The Athens Apartments to anyone whose looking for a great place to call home.
