I wanted to share a positive experience I had recently. The search for three rental properties went remarkably well for me. The realtor was fantastic and showed me several great options. She was even kind enough to travel a bit to meet me, which was so helpful! I'm really grateful for her assistance.

In summer of 2016, I was looking for a small condo on line and left a few inquiries. Unfortunately I did not get many responses. The ones that responded to my inquiry were not interested in my case, because it was too small for them. Finally Franette responded to my inquiry and don't mind my small case. Since then, we have become good friends and she has helped me purchased 3 condos to date. She is very patient and reliable. I can trust her 100%. She offers her best advise to me when I needed advise, which was very helpful. I am small investor. These are my rental properties. and of course she is my rental agent too. Now, one of my property just become vacant. I simply call Franette and she takes care of everything for me.
