Definitely an awesome place to live, very nice location and super nice townhouses. Payton and Austin do an amazing job taking care of the residents and the property. Super clean and Professional, Great Atmosphere!

Living at Foxridge Townhomes was a great experience. The property is well taken care of, and any time we had questions or needed assistance, Peyton and Austin were incredibly friendly and helpful. They always made sure we felt taken care of.

These townhomes are very well put together and in a great area where all your necessities are close. The Management and maintenance staff has instilled confidence very quickly for fixing issues, as well as being very straight forward and honest which is huge when so many other places seem to try to feed you a chocolate covered razor blade. The neighborhood has a very friendly vibe. They made moving in very simple and straightforward and were able to answer all my questions which were many. You’re missing out if you can’t find a spot here.

Management has been absolutely fantastic since we moved in! It’s so nice to see them take such great care of the lawn and the surrounding area for all of us residents. And the recent internet upgrade was a real game-changer! Payton and Austin are always super responsive to any issues we have and have really gone the extra mile to make sure our home is in tip-top shape.

This community is well kept. Austin in maintenance is probably one of the most down to earth and funny people I have had the pleasure to work around. Payton is great to work with and is always communicating with us as well.
