Horrible maintenance and staff. Apartment had a hornet problem that apparently wasn't an emergency. so we had to deal with that for a few weeks. The last 4 months of our lease we didn't have AC. during the hottest months of the year. Apartment was over 85 degrees, which breaks the lease because we had a cat. And it never got fixed before we moved out. plus the bathroom had lot of cigarette stains that would drip after a hot shower.

Horrible maintenance and never got lights fixed. Tub was busted and painted over multiple times. Had a pet and they complained it smelled like dog after we left. Charged 850$ for carpet after left because it smelled like dog. 2500$ early move out fee. Management was open 3 days a week and took multiple tries through the day to get ahold of office personnel.

The 400-403 apartments are behind the 300-303 apartments, but the 404 through 408 apartments are on the other side of the complex on the other side of the business. Kind of difficult if you aren't familiar with that situation.

This place is very affordable and looks nice on the inside. The apartment I live in has lots of room. The staff for my experience when I have a concern and espress it with the staff they most of the time don’t communicate back with me. People constantly park in parking spots you paid for, and the leasing office isn’t open many days of the week and it’s a civil matter so your out of luck with that. They switched the dryer that went out in my building and the new one is horrible. Maintenance here is good from my experience. In my building there is no pest problem which is good.

Horrible experience. Takes maintenance weeks to reply. Management is horrible and does not communicate well. Provided them 45 days notice to vacate and informed it didn’t count because it was over email instead of in the portal which didn’t work for me & still doesn’t. Do not move here!! Beware.
