Maple Tree Apartments

Moved out yesterday due to harrassment from the office staff (Miah). I never had trouble with the former staff. I see on indeed you are looking for a property manager. Hopefully, it is to replace her because it could be a nice place to live if you had better representation. I would be glad to share my full experience with corporate.

I live here and unfortunately I wish I didn’t and I’m looking to move. I’m not paying $1200 plus for nothing.! The pool was opened for 3 weeks and then it was closed, and the “gym” is never opened and when it is, it’s during business hours only.! Maple Tree is good but only if you’re old and retiring. Maple Tree, you need a Key fob. You would make more money and people can’t gain access to places without it. I stayed in a place where Key fobs were $150 so if each tenant bought one that would be a substantial increase in profit.

if you are thinking about renting from Maple Tree Apartments please look some where else!! we lived there for 3 years and we had nothing but problems!! we lived there for 3 years with a hole in our bathroom ceiling that the house manager stated they would fix over and over again and It never got fixed till a month before we moved out. when we moved out we had 24 open maintenance requests! my apartment was never finished when we moved in either they used the wrong paint on the walls there were missing outlet covers the closets didn’t have the shelves hung like they are supposed to. We had closets that the over head lights never worked. the back splashes were missing from the newly installed counter tops, the fridge was so tight against the wall it was creating damage every time we opened t

Just do yourself a favor and don't. Incredibly unprofessional staff and a year wait when appliances go out. And trust me they will. Lived here less than a year and have officially lost my mind. Constantly being told things will be replaced, although still waiting. Hoping to move when my lease ends.

Maintenance never fixed anything around the apartment. They will reel you in with the pool saying oh one cool thing about this place is we got a pool. It never was opened the two years my fiancee lived there.
