Fox Trail Apartments

I just moved into Fox Trail the entire experience from application for move in was great.. The property manager was very nice and informative. She did a walk through me with of the apartment to make sure i was comfortable and satisfied with it. The apartment is great and I'm really excited about staying here..

I would NOT recommend renting at this apartment complex! They seriously need better staff and better maintenance. Maintenance barely fixes anything, and when they do, it’s sloppy and temporary. The mailboxes are busted wide open, mail is left everywhere, and the property is not cleaned properly. There are huge cockroaches all around the property, and there is no regular pest control. They should be doing treatments every month or two at minimum. The water is shut off almost every week, which makes no sense—especially when there are no washers or dryers in the units. The plumbing is terrible, and nothing gets fixed long-term. When you move in, nothing looks like the virtual tour. The apartments are outdated, poorly cleaned, and poorly painted. Do not move here. I sig@ned a lease for $750 a month and I haven't paid that since I've moved over here. The rent amount fluctuates and every month your rent is a different amount. You have a water bill that's included in your rent. They take the amount of water used between everyone with the same floor plan as you and that cost amount is then divided up. Apartments are horrible I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to stay there… they do not fix ANYTHING and I mean absolutely nothing the maintenance guys don’t do anything they fix what they wanna fix and when they wanna fix it it’s just ridiculous and have the nerve to have a attitude with you when you continuously have to go to the office to complain about anything that’s going on with your unit . They have bad roaches they will literally be in the shower with you … the floors are coming up and very unsafe especially if you have kids .. it is currently 81 degrees in my unit as I’m typing this . We literally had black water (mold) in our dishwasher for a week before anyone came to do anything .my children sweats In their sleep even without any covers .. it is horrible over here then everyone has

They keep consistently raising the rent for unknown reasons, they take forever to fix repairs, they won't stick to the lease agreement, and God forbid if your AC go out. They take forever to fix it be having to consistently be in 93 degree heat inside the apartment
