Fox Point Apartments

Okay I hope this review helps I've been here 2 years and I was about to renew my lease because who likes moving out nobody I wouldn't move here if you're okay with water turning off constantly and then they email you that the water is on but no hot water to shower and the AC good luck to have good AC I am definitely moving out from this place so my point is if you're looking for an apartment this is not the place constantly the water is going off and then they tell you that the water is on but you don't have hot water are the AC are not working properly because they have Chillers because they have Chillers for I don't know how many apartments and they don't work well in Arizona weather plus they don't maintain the pool

I'm new here and I would like to say thank you to Bonnie, faith,and Maddie for being patient and understanding when I first moved here November 7th of this year these ladies do a wonderful job for veterans and other's their the best thank you

Unfortunately, this place has not been a great place to stay. Been here for about 3 years and have been through three different leasing managers. Front office lady has no empathy and seems not interested in actually helping residents. They allow residents to have extremely hot apartments and tells us to just “open windows and get fans” and if that’s enough to handle Arizona heat. Power goes out all throughout monsoon season. We’ve had to have exterminators come almost every other month. Had two bug bombs and still bugs are an issue. Cops and firefighters are constantly in and out of this complex. Please just skip this complex as a whole if you can. The maintenance guys are the only good thing about this place. They try their best with the very low standards of fox point.

Pros: close to everything, spacious 1 beds with lots of storage, (somewhat) updated appliances, great maintenance and office staff, friendly neighbors, decent gym and pools. Cons: some of these will be specific to my unit. Outdated thermostat and heating/cooling system, difficult to find parking, 10 layers of white paint on EVERYTHING, no in unit laundry for costly rent, and definitley poor air quality in units (SO much dust no matter how much I cleaned). The biggest issue I had with this place was the smell in my unit because I had a neighbor who smoked. They ran an ozone machine for the first few days of my lease but the smell always came back, but I knew I just was unlucky with my unit placement and there’s nothing the office could have really done to change the smell. That being said,

I lived here for 2 years and management was nothing but super helpful the entire time, anytime I had a complaint or a work order it was filled usually the same day with very efficient work. Not gonna lie the residents who live here are DEFINITELY crazy so don’t believe half the reviews you read on here. My review is in fact very true though, Bonny and Maddie are the kindest people and really show that they care about their residents. I would highly recommend getting in touch with one of them to rent your next apartment!
