Fox Meadows Apartments

Been here at Fox Meadows for 3 years and I couldn't be happier. The staff is great and friendly. The apartments are very spacious and well kept. Originally started in a 2bed/2bath and then my husband and I moved up to a 3bed/2bath. The process was seamless and stress free. We love Fox Meadows and I don't think there is a better apartment complex in Billings.

We have lived here for over 2 years and we really love it. The apartments are nice, roomy and well cared for. It's a super peaceful and quiet spot, perfect if you're a laid back couple like us. I have to give a shout out to the amazing staff. Management and office staff, janitorial crew, and maintenance are all super friendly, helpful, patient, and quick to resolve any issues. So if anyone is looking for a place to rent, I highly recommend! Most utilities are included in the rent, which makes it worth paying the little higher price than other places. The selling point for me was the $400 deposit, you can't find that anywhere else!

My family and I called Fox Meadows our home for 7 years. We started out in a 2 bedroom and then moved into a 3 bedroom of which the process was very easy. The apartments are spacious and clean, the managerial team has always been nice and professional. We liked how every time we renewed our lease we got a free carpet cleaning and/or maid for a day, also how cable was included in our rent.

Apartments are well kept, but I had paid professional cleaning service to assure the apartment was clean and ready. We had asked for a walkthrough as is allowed by law in Montana. The had stated, "We don't do walkthroughs" which again is allowed in the state of Montana. I paid $1000.00 for my deposit. They offered me,$130.00 of my original deposit. Saying it was not cleaned. But the cleaning Co gave me before and after photos. I will give them a chance to make things right, before heading to social media and , the Montana department of housing. Since they had declined a walkthrough, according to MT law, I was not given a legal chance to have any issues corrected. What is a common problem where security deposits are concerned? Moved in on Sept 15th. The whole process of moving in was flawless and very stress free. The office was very helpful with any questions and was very transparent through the whole process. I highly recommend fox meadows. Very affordable and you can tell they care about their tenants.
