Fox Haven

16 months after new construction. I wouldn’t let this company build a dog house for me. If you’re thinking about building a home by Ryan’s home you better run cause they are horrible builders. Just wanted to add another leak in my brand new home. All exhaust fans are leaking water on to the floors. By far worst mistake of my life going with Ryan homes. Trash, trash, trash

My home buying experience thus far has been outstanding, largely due to the professionalism and general kindness of Michelle Geronimo (our sales rep for Ryan Homes). This is our 1st home purchase and her constant communication and willingness to answer any questions/concerns we have(which are many) has been invaluable. Two of the things I love about the Fox Haven community are the spacious lots and the fact that there is no HOA....that paired with the Awesomeness of Mrs. Geronimo made Fox Haven a no brainer. If you are in the market for a new home and have been considering Northeastern NC, do yourself a favor and have a sit down with Michelle Geronimo before making a final decision. Looking forward to making Fox Haven our new Home!!!

Depends on the builder you choose. Some folks had to redo roof after couple years
