Four50 Residences

I moved into Four50 nearly four months ago, and it's been an amazing experience! The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and the lake just a short walk away. Our apartment is fantastic, and maintenance is always quick to respond to any requests. Tiffany, the resident/property manager, is incredible! She truly goes above and beyond to ensure we have the best living experience possible.

I have lived in this building for 3 years and I can honestly say they make it really hard to leave. 1) you can’t beat the location 2) I have yet to find another building like this in terms of “newness” (built in 2020), industrial vibe, spacious, great rooftop, awesome rooftop gym, free coffee machine, etc 3) Tiffany our lovely door person brings the personality to the building. I love seeing her everyday, she makes all of us smile, we have a better and tighter community because of her, and it’s nice to have someone at the front to monitor packages and just help with any questions or emergencies. I have been to other buildings that are so stiff and no one talks to each other. Having Tiffany helps us all feel connected 4) DOG FRIENDLY!! So nice to not worry about having a dog and there is e

We recently moved in and really like the layout and amenities of our apartment and the building. And the staff has been great - Stephanie (leasing), Tiffany (resident services), maintenance team and cleaning crew. All friendly and professional.

Absolutely amazing apartments! Lovely high-rise in Lakeview East with stunning views, high-end amenities, and fabulous on-site staff (especially Tiffany!) Located close to public transportation and access to the lakefront takes mere minutes. Very pet friendly! Safe neighborhood with the friendliest of neighbors. 10/10 would recommend!

I lived here for a year and it was the best building. Super clean, amazing amenities and location basically on the lake was unbeatable. Also the coffee machine is unmatched and the views from the roof are breathtaking. Huge thanks to Lynsey and everyone who works at Four50. One of the best years of my life. Cheers.
