Four Seasons Realty

Good if your just curious on what houses are going for our what they look like. I looked on their site because I saw for sale signs while in Outer Banks. Lots of pictures of homes and land, but none of the houses I was physically in front of with a sign were on their site. Even searching by listing number. Clearly not updated often because when I look at other web sites, some of the houses on the Four Seasons site were sold a month or more prior.

Communication was poor from the Four Seasons buyer’s agent to our agent. I found out on the day of settlement from the attorney that the buyers were not ready to settle. Totally unacceptable. Our agent had to call others to find out what was holding up settlement, since his calls to Four Seasons agent were not returned. I would definitely not recommend from my experience.

Four Seasons Realty was excellent to work with. Max was able to show us all the condos we wanted to see. Everyone in this real estate firm works together. Thank you so much for selling us our condo!
