We had a great experience with Joe Lamb Jr. & Associates in August 2025. Great customer service and maintenance team! We didn’t have enough utensils and a coffee maker was a bit slow. Next day they brought us a new coffee maker and plenty of utensils. We stayed in a well maintained duplex with hot tubs and easy access to the beach. Beds were already made up when we arrived and mattresses were comfortable, house was clean. Thank you!

We stayed in Shamrock by the Sea at Admirals View II and it was the perfect condo for our family of four. The view was perfect! The sunrise was directly in front of us each morning as we had coffee. The moon on the water at night was especially beautiful as well. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking materials we needed and we paid extra for towels and were given plenty to last us the week. I was a bit concerned when I saw that a washer and dryer were not working, leaving only one available washer and dryer. However, I was able to wash clothes twice and there was no issue with accessing the machines. The lift came in handy as well and was a convenient tool rather than lugging heavy luggage up the steps. We rented 4939 S. Virginal Dare Trail over the Memorial Day week for $10K. We picked this house because it was pet friendly ($150/pet), advertised beach front views, lots of amenities within the house, and had positive reviews (at least on their website). First impressions as we pulled into the driveway - we rented the shittiest house on the street (see attached pictures of entrance and front of the house). I was truly embarrassed walking into the house each and every time! We rented 'Island Time' (4531 Lindbergh Ave Kitty Hawk, NC) through Joe Lamb, Jr & Associates from 7/26 through 8/2. Extremely disappointed with the property and with Joe Lamb Jr. From the time we pulled into the driveway until the time we checked out there were problems with the unit. Upon arrival to the house we observed all three exterior trashcans overflowing, the kitchen fridge shelf and drawer on the kitchen counter broken, and the sliding screen door off track on the 2nd level bedroom. Over the course of the week we encountered numerous other issues including wifi and family room tv not working when we arrived (it was resolved the following afternoon), broken dishwasher that had to be replaced, shower drain clog (first day we were there) that needed a plumber, toaster ove

I have been coming down for years with my family "Sweet Dreams" More like "NIGHTMARES" and each year it gets worse and worse. From appliances that don't work house not cleaned properly. Example the refrigerator is not cold, the freezer does not work. No ice machine the bedroom fan does not work for two years. I know they are aware of these problems as they have put a cooler on the deck. They have not responded to emails or calls. They just pasted there standard reply... copied and pasted from all of the bad reviews.
