Zak and Beth are by far the best realtors we've ever worked with! Both are super responsive, great communicators, and genuinely good people. As out-of-state buyers on a new home build, it was extremely important for us to work with a realtor that was looking out for our best interests. Zak was awesome at providing updates, taking the time to visit the property to check progress multiple times, and being proactive about contacting the builder to push the project towards completion. Beth was awesome helping us work through the contract and closing process, negotiating changes with the builder, and provided us with a great recommendation for an attorney that also did an excellent job. Beth and Zach are an awesome team! Had our house on the market for 9 months with no luck. We switched to Beth and Zach but had very low expectations - buyers were scarce, it seemed like every house in Corolla was for sale and prices were dropping fast. The Garcias invested in presenting and marketing our house so well that we were almost reluctant to sell it! Then BAM! they sold it fast, for a price near asking. Their support made what could have been a tricky contracting and closing very easy. We were honestly not expecting or prepared for the house to sell so quickly but they negotiated favorable terms that made our transition out much smoother. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We called Beth and Zac to help with the sale of our house, as we were wanting to relocate closer to family. They were very professional, knowledgeable , including personable and reassuring . From listing the house, to closing was very streamlined.
