Four Seasons Apartments & Townhomes

Four Seasons is such a great property. It has amazing amenities, great staff, maintenance on site. Location is perfect! Easy access to several businesses. USU is only 6 minutes away. Community activities throughout the year, snow removal, trash valet. This is a place where you would want to live long term. Apartments are spacious with the option of a modern layout or a cozy warm layout. Townhomes are very spacious with lots of extra storage room in the garage for bikes, skies, or just your yearly decor totes. The staff at Four Seasons are amazing and truly want the best for all of the residents all you have to do is ask and they will go out of their way to find a solution for you. 🩷

Four Seasons – Event Center – Absolutely stunning venue! From the moment we walked in for our Christmas party, everyone was amazed by how beautifully decorated everything was. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out comfortably, which made the entire event feel open and relaxed. The kitchen area was extremely well equipped with lots of useful amenities that made set-up and serving incredibly easy. On top of that, the staff was beyond helpful — attentive, kind, and truly invested in making sure our event ran smoothly from start to finish. We had an incredible experience and would absolutely recommend Four Seasons – Event Center to anyone looking for a gorgeous, well-organized, and stress-free venue!

Very upsetting this day and age ! My son and his wife had to rent till they found a house to buy. They will have been in there a year in March 2026 (always on time with payments). First lease is up March 3rd. They were unsure on finding a place so they secured their spot by asking to sign another lease for another 6 months. They were able to do so however…. Unfortunately it comes with a cost$$$ . My son found a house and plan on moving in their new home the end of February. So they were respectful and informed 4 seasons they would no longer be needing the new 6 month lease, and would be moving out at the end of the lease they are in currently. No…No…No!! 4 seasons said you owe us 2400.00 to break the 6 month lease (which starts on March 3rd) and you owe rent to April 1st???? What this is

Love this place! Everything was so easy from apply to finalizing the lease. Definitely recommend moving here. Plus, they have a pool, 4 hot tubs, dog park the list goes on and on...

We’re so pleased living here. We are in the 3bed/2 bath townhome. The apartment is beautiful. It feels like a home. The staff is always so nice. They went above and beyond helping us transition from selling a home and moving here. It was very hard to work the details of closing on a home and moving here in the right timing. The manager Trevor and staff were so calm with us and were amazing with working with us. The grounds are always kept up with snow removal and just beautiful in the summer. The maintenance is professional and timely on any needs. Never been so happy living In A apartment. Just resigned our lease again. Happy for another year, and hopefully more to come.
