I would highly recommend Cook Homes to anyone. We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Matt & Lindsay Cook. This is the 3rd home my wife and I have had built and this was by far our best experience with building a home for a variety of reasons: - Matt is extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and smart with the building process. He helped us design our home and could explain immediately why certain ideas would or would not work. He brought up a lot of helpful ideas and suggestions. - During the building process Matt was always out at our home measuring everything with his tape measure and checking every detail. Our home was also always clean and organized while being built. This gave us confidence that our builder was on top of everything, organized, and building a quality

Disappointing. We had to contact Cook Homes twice before getting a response initially. We had a floor plan picked out that needed some alterations, but Matt told us he was 'too busy' to engage in the design process and gave us a referral to an architect and a structural engineer. After a couple months of design work we re-contacted them for a bid. It was too high for our budget. Matt was kind enough to make a couple of general suggestions in ways to cut costs, so we went back to the drawing board to redesign the house. We contacted them again the beginning of summer, but couldn't get any one to respond to voice messages. Cook Homes has a reputation for high-end, high-quality work, and they stand behind what they build. Matt and Lindsay helped us design a custom home that was ideal for us. They had many great ideas in both form and function that worked perfectly for our modern style home. During the building process, Matt spent a lot of time on the job site and made sure the home was being built to his high standards. As a very picky engineer with some background in home building myself, I highly recommend Cook Homes.

Matt and Lindsay make a perfect team. Their attention to detail and impeccable taste reflect in everything they touch. Cook Homes built our house, remodeled our restaurant, and completely redesigned our Best Western Hotel. I loved watching Matt show up on site - tape measure in hand, crawling over every inch of the site. He is the first builder that I can honestly say cares as much about the details as I do. Picky - Picky - Picky! There is always something that comes up after a project is finished and the subcontractors are gone. One call to Matt and it was handled. Cook Homes gets it done! Such a great experience with this builder from start to finish. Matt was always attentive to details and was always on time and schedule. Our building site was clean and free of debris. Any budget changes where discussed before hand with tons of input from him and Lindsay, who helps with the design. I can’t say enough great things about how smooth our process went.
