Avoid. I inherited houses from my father that were rentals, so kept them as such. I needed a property manager and found 4SZN. I wish I hadn't. Brandon broke our contract in several ways, including never filing failure to pay rent suits or even communicating to us that tenants were not paying. He also never communicated about a bad plumbing issue that tenants reported to him. After we told him we were selling a property, there was very little communication in regards to tenant move out. We only realized they had moved out when a family friend drove by the house and saw the lawn overgrown and a notice from the city. I have been trying to schedule a viewing at a property they had listed for rent for over a week. It took me forever to get a hold of somebody from the property management company, and when I finally did get a hold of somebody from the property management company They scheduled me a self tour and told me that a lockbox code would be sent to me for me to view the property. I got to the property and no lockbox code was sent to me. I drove an hour and a half to view a property only to not be able to view it. This is horrible business practice, and really inconsiderate and rude.

First, there are many spam reviews on this page - definitely ignore them. Second, Brandon and team at Four Seasons Property Management have been the best, hands down, property management company I have ever used. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe Brandon. Empathetic, hard working, doing jobs that aren’t “traditional” property management tasks, etc. I cannot express my gratitude for everything he and the team have done. This is definitely a long term relationship with the properties we own today and tomorrow. Thank you Brandon and team - I couldn’t do this without you!
