Fountain Villas Apartments

Fountain Villas is a wonderful place to call home!! Office & Maintenance are attentive and helpful with all our needs. The monthly events are a great way to meet your neighbors and always have something to do. Quiet neighborhood, great amenities, spacious apartments. We love it here!

We just moved in and LOVE it so far. The leasing staff are so warm & friendly making it feel like home from our first tour! Our apt itself is bright and beautiful. The layout is inviting for entertaining or even quiet mornings with coffee. So far every question has been answered promptly and personal communication is easy with actual humans on the other end of the conversation. They have community events and we can't wait to attend. I already know this is an amazing place to live and we could not be happier!

At the end of our current lease my adult son and I have lived at Fountain Villas for 4 years. Fountain Villas is a diverse rental community located in a very suburban type of neighborhood. The residents are friendly, and we know many of our neighbors on a first name basis. Lots of kids and dogs running around let you know how family friendly this place is. The grounds and landscaping are filled with lots of grass, shrubs and trees. The fountain in the large pond adds ambience. The grounds are kept meticulously and constantly updated. Management is helpful and knowledgeable quick to help when needed. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and quick to respond. These guys are the best. It is well located for schools, shopping, entertainment of all kinds. All in all, a good place to call home

Moved here in June 2025 and we have been very happy with our place. Great communication, great maintenance team and love the location!! It feels safe like a safe environment in the community. Our dog loves the dog park too!!

Jenny was insanely helpful and responsive! She helped us with everything and made the move in process extremely easy!
