On site management "only does tours" (actual quote from them) for everything else you will be directed to corporate who will not respond to calls, emails, or service request tickets. Our rent went up $200/month when we renewed our lease. Electric bill for 2bd unit will be at least $250-300 in winter due to heat being electric and units poorly designed. Maintaince issues we've had to call corporate several times per issue to resolve: At move in the refrigerator was broken causing all our food to spoil, had to be replaced. Bathroom fans do not work causing water to drip off the ceiling for an hour after a 15min shower. Maintaince insisted the fans were working "as intended" and advised I leave my bedroom wondow open year round if the condensation and mold risk bothered me. Visible mold infes

Would not recommend residing here. Was a resident for 5 years, overall did not have a problem, but will say that they are very slow to respond to any maintenance requests. They are constantly roaming the property and will be quick to throw your lease in your face if there is anything that they deem unacceptable and require you to change. If not fixed to their liking, they will slap fees onto your account and demand payment. When I finally moved, the move out "walk through" took over two hours to complete and the move out report in no way indicated that the apartment was in such poor shape, yet they still charged me over $300 dollars to "clean". Would not recommend. Every 2-3 months they send out a notice to say they need to enter your residence for one reason or another. Most apartment properties only come in once a year for fire/smoke alarm inspection. This place seems to pride themselves on intrusion. It is ridiculous how much access they want to your apartment. Forget about privacy!

After living here 2 years through the pandemic, I can confidently say I wish we would have left after our first year. The biggest issue is in the units. They look nice on the outside but all of the wall units are so poorly installed that you have no real insulation so your energy bill will always be higher than it should be no matter what season it is. We had maintenance come in and look at it and they pretty much said there was nothing more they could do since the units were just installed wrong. When mentioning it to management they were no help. They also had no intention of interacting with us at all while living here. We made a couple of noise complaints and they took multiple days to respond and say they can't help us. My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and we highly recommend! Rent is very reasonable and units are super clean. Management was always friendly! Very responsive and always gave notice before entering for maintenance. They were super helpful with my ESAs and made the registration process smooth and easy! The walls in between were noise-cancelling too. Only tip is to make sure you are not above the garage! We did not double check, and that was our fault. We got used to it but it took a little bit to adjust!
