Hidden Oak Apartments

I really enjoy living in these apartments. The location is excellent, with easy access to Highway 50 and its diverse selection of restaurants, stores, and auto maintenance options. The complex itself is quiet and peaceful. While you can occasionally hear some sounds from upstairs neighbors, that's typical of any apartment living situation. I appreciate that the apartments and grounds are well-maintained and clean. Overall, I'm very happy here and plan to stay for the foreseeable future.

Just an update to my experience here. It was appalling. Please do yourself a huge favor and avoid Hidden Oaks at all costs. They renewed my lease with out my consent months before it was up. I went to speak with management how that was immoral and they would do nothing. I moved out when my original lease was up and I did provide them notice of that they continued to charge me. Additionally, when I moved out I made sure to leave the unit in good condition. I cleaned it well and there was no damage. However, I received and itemized list of quite literally rediculous chargers such as "wiping down counters" and made up charges such as cleaning the shower heads. This is hilerious because I took down their crappy shower heads the day I moved in (used my own I purchased) and left the originals th

The rating is for management and their fake promises. We lived here a couple years ago. The worst part is their unfair , redundant, bloated move out charges - they do not take any wear and tear into consideration even if you lived there for years and want the apartment to be left in pristine condition.

I will be moving out in 30 days from this complex, I found the apartments to be very nice for the rent, The fact they don't charge a huge security deposit is rather refreshing. I had a perfect experience at Hidden Oak, the grounds are kept clean, everything you need from fitness gym, pool, garage, parks, including a dog park, basketball court, to a nice walkable area. I have seen newer apartments going for much much more that don't offer underground parking or half of what Hidden oak offers. I'm actual sad to be leaving

I am only here for the year from 3/2021-3/2022 and it was more of a rush to find a place that allowed dogs. I thought for sure it would be great, but this place turned out to be an absolute dump in many ways. The biggest piece was that I had to give my dogs up because I kept getting complaints according to the office that my dogs barked a lot or that they were too close to the walking path which scared people. My dogs were both Golden Retrievers and always friendly. At the time I was here I recorded and took pictures of the dogs that constantly barked and ran free.
