Breeze Terrace Apartments

If you’re looking for a nice, safe, gated community with friendly neighbors, awesome management, and great maintenance services, you have found your new home! I love living at Breeze Terrace and am so impressed with everything about it! Jeff is really amazing and always so helpful! He’s always so responsive to any messages I send and gets back to me very quickly if I need anything. I work from home but often visit family in Illinois so it is super convenient being so close to the highway. I strongly recommend living here because it’s really nice, very affordable/reasonable, and I just know you’ll love it too!

It is very nice and very quiet here. Well maintained and neighbors are very nice and keep mostly to themselves! The only complaint i have is there is a new apartment complex being built and it it VERY loud and cars are getting covered in sand and dirt. But that is only temporary and no fault of the Breeze Terrace Apartments.

Jeff was extremely helpful in showing the units and provided very upfront and transparent info. Very flexible on leasing options, as well. The apartments are very new and in a good location, convenient to Milwaukee and the northern suburbs of Chicago. Highly recommended!

We lived at Breeze Terrace for a year and absolutely loved our time there. The apartment we rented was beautiful and spacious, and the attached garage was very useful for the cold winter months and additional storage. The clubhouse amenities are very nice as well. Location can’t be beat—super close to the highway and walking distance to the premium outlets. I’ve lived at many apartments throughout my life, and Jeff was hands down the best property manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very kind and always great to have a conversation with. I highly recommend Breeze Terrace apartments, I truly can’t say enough great things about living here.

This apartment is the treasure I was looking for in unfamiliar territory. I am originally from IL and relocated to WI. I absolutely love the location. The expressway is a 3 minute commute and I am closer to work now. Jeff helped me obtain the perfect view, and feel secure. The workout room, and underground parking are wonderful extras, and so worth it. Rachel helped when I signed my lease and picked up my keys. I love how everything was considered in this apartment. All new appliances and full size washer and dryer. These apartments are a must see in this community.
