I want to give a huge thank you to Luz Pena in the apartment office who helped me. From the very beginning, she was so kind, understanding, and supportive. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond like she did. Because of her, my experience here has been nothing but positive. Truly outstanding customer service!

Living at Fountain Plaza Apartments has been a great experience. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Meghan Neuhaus, the community manager. She’s professional, warm, and truly cares about the residents—and that care is reflected in the community. There’s a welcoming, peaceful vibe here that makes it feel like home. My apartment was spotless when I moved in, and the neighbors I’ve met have been friendly and respectful. I haven’t needed to submit any maintenance requests yet, but I see the team out regularly, staying on top of things and keeping the property in great shape. All the apartments flood because they don’t manage the drains and they get clogged by debris. Third flood in under a year and I don’t have a square inch of dry floor. Pure negligence. Added photo of the laundromat that every tenant has complained about for over a year with no change.. absolutely ghetto

I have enjoyed living here mainly because of how quiet it is. There is a lot of construction near by, but the are respectful as far as hours they make noise. The water is shut off a lot but they always let us know and are apologetic. It is an older complex so it's only normal to have problems w leaks and such. I have never seen one cockroach or bed bug here which is very important to me. I love it here!

I really enjoy these apartments. The few issues I have experienced were treated with importance by management and were resolved within a day. Every time I have talked to the property manager she was very understanding and actually listened to what I was saying. She made sure that my issue would not get lost, was considered top priority and even contacted me after it was fixed to ensure everything was working again. The new management has been professional and understanding, and works hard to ensure the residents are taken care of.
