Fountain Lakes Apartments

Owned by Lindsey Management. AVOID Roaches, painted over bugs, broken down appliances, failing sewer lines they just slap a bandaid on instead of getting them scoped for root intrusion (the apartments are literally crumbling beneath the foundation and their entire plumbing system is falling apart). There are breakins nightly, substance use items found in parking lot, VERY inappropriate PDA in the pool area, the apartments smell terrible and I even got hives from the carpet the first day of moving in. This place is a serious health hazard and they just do not care.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place is infested with roaches!!! BIGTIME!! My son just moved in and it's been a complete nightmare! They painted over everything in the apartment and made no repairs to the previous nail holes or blemishes before painting. Dryer doesn't work, kitchen counter isn't even secured to the cabinets, the damn place is literally falling apart. Y'all got some nerve having a damn pool and fitness room when your apartments should be condemned or at the very least fumigated! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB in regards to the levels of dishonesty and deceit that this office staff operates under. Hell they probably won't even live in one of their own apartments, cuz they gotta know how nasty they are 🤦🏻‍♀️ do better by hard working people and first time renters being t

Most of the time, when looking for an apartment you are gonna grab the first thing available... In my opinion I WOULD PASS THIS PLACE UP! Roaches? Most definitely YES! My daughter moved in after they said they had to clean it and paint it. There was not much cleaning, all the base boards in the tiny kitchen area and the bathroom are broken and under the sink in the kitchen the shelf is broken, it leans so much towards the back. The sink and bathtub and bathroom sink are spray painted with something that has splattered on the back walls, which we were told we couldn't use certain cleaning chemicals such as Ajax or Comet that will remove it. Ill post some photos later for everyone.

One of the worst places I’ve ever lived at. I don’t care that it’s cheap, they’re lazy and have a crappy exterminator company that they go through that doesn’t even kill or get rid of the roaches in everyone’s apartment. It also shouldn’t take over a week for an A/C company to come fix our air and when they did come, they said a part was broken and had to order it. We left before they could even fix it as it is. I don’t know why they can’t contact a different company instead of sticking to just one when they don’t even do a good job and Sam’s with the big company. I don’t know why they can’t change companies with them either, but that’s because they’re cheap and lazy. Of course rent goes up every year, but it’s definitely not worth $780 a month with the conditions that it’s in and knowing

It pains me to give this place one star. I had to find a place quickly moving from Illinois to Arkansas. I asked THREE times in speaking with the management about any infestation of any kind before signing the lease. I was reassured that there was no infestations of any kind. Upon moving in, I discovered there is a massive cockroach infestation. I am moving out and breaking my lease early because this place is so filthy, and I cannot stomach living here. The flooring underneath shower tub is rotted out. The cabinets in kitchen are dry rotted. This place has been a literal nightmare. I am getting rid of all of my clothing because the infestation and filth. I may seek legal counsel for this. I wish I had read the reviews. Other things to note…there is always loud disruptions outside. Package
