Waco Title Benton

Everything went well, We waited on a title like they asked. We were told bring title to them and they would give us our check….. No, now they have to send it off to cancel it before we get our money. That is not what was said in closing…..please hang on to my money as long as you can. (Sarcasticly) Just stick to your word, if you mess up, then admit it, but 3 people heard what you said. I’m not trying to hurt your business, just warning customers that it will take longer than they tell you.

Hannah was fabulous to work with, and Waco saved us over $600 in closing costs compared to competitors! Hannah was knowledgeable, timely, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. I also had a wonderful conversation every time I spoke with the office receptionist. I would definitely use Waco again for future needs!

I've always enjoyed working with the folks at Saline County Abstract/WACO Title. They've really stepped their game up lately with the addition of some wonderful new staff members to go along with the already great people working there.
