Revive Benton Apartments

Great area! Really good elementary school is right next door with restaurants, shopping and a grocery store within a four minute driving distance. Really nice biking path going down Alcoa to the shops. The office and maintenance teams are very welcoming and eggar to help.

I love living at the Revive Apartments. Through a long series of events I've had a lot of personal challenges in the last 18 months. I found myself in a difficult situation where I needed an apartment that was soon available and safe with good management (I read the community groups on Facebook 😅). I cannot express enough gratitude for Melissa and how hard she worked with me to get what I needed to be able to live here. She went above and beyond and should be recognized for it. She's kind and empathetic and when you need assistance or have questions she's available and takes care of it. Logan was very professional when showing the property when I started looking. The apartment was ready, clean and is very spacious. I would go above 5 stars if I could.

Melissa, Logan and the maintenance team go above and beyond to make sure their neighbors are well taken care of. I always receive a quick response when I have questions or ever need assistance. They deserve 6 stars!!! Thanks for making my living experience at Revive Apartments better that I could have ever expected!

Great customer service! Melissa and her maintenance team are excellent!! Anything thrown at them they handle with grace and a smile! They work really great together and that’s refreshing to see, when looking for a place to call home!
