Fountain Lake

I just moved here a little over a week ago and it has been fantastic. The apartments are quiet and the pool is nice. The staff are helpful and friendly and made move in a breeze!

I have a been living at Foutain Lake for 2 years. This the worst apartment complex to rent with. Allow me to go over our problems we have had. In our first year, our car was broken into. It's not the apartments fault, but they refused to offer help in the police report. They have video cameras outside the complex, but they don't work, it's more of a scare tactic. we asked for a 10-day extension on rent so that we could recover belongings and repair the car windows, but they refused and said they would evict us if the payment wasn't made in time. They didn't even apologize or care about the break in and how it affected us. From that point, I did not want to renew. But with our finances, we didn't have the opportunity to apply elsewhere, or gather money for deposits, etc. This was the begin

Move in process was great! OG+E took their time getting my utilities information back to me, and everyone was super understanding and supportive of that! Jasmine helped me from the moment I walked into the doors to tour, and she was the one who handed me my keys. When I got there there was a smoke alarm chirping. So I made a maintenance request that night and the next morning before noon the got back to me and fixed the issue! Love the quick turn around time.

From our first visit I wanted to be at Fountain Lake. The grounds and apartments are well kept, and the staff was very helpful. We had to wait a little while for availability on the ground floor, but we were notified when an apartment became available. We love our apartment and are very happy we made the move!

This is a great place for medical treatments and Pharmacy - Amazing Dr - Dr Brian Potthoff has been my physician for 13 years and as a 78 year old - my health is outstanding. Also, Creative Care pharmacy is incredible- they go out of their way to help manage my prescriptions and will order anything I need in terms of vitamins and supplements. They are at fountain lake complex. The physicians are all OU Physicians- including several specialists. No hesitation in recommending.
