My experience at Fountain House Apartments has been excellent. I would like to especially thank the team for their constant help and support. Everyone is very professional and attentive, but I would like to give special recognition to Mariela, Gil, Janille, and Nancy, who have always been incredibly kind, patient, and willing to help at all times. Thank you for making living here such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Lived here 30 years ago and never forgot the wonderful experience. Now that I’m back it’s even better. Looking Out the window is an exhilarating experience. It’s just beautiful out there.

Outstanding customer service from the staff. I’ve always been treated with courtesy. I’ve had a few maintenance issues and they were resolved quickly.

I’ve been living at my apartment in Fountain House for almost a year , and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The community is fantastic—peaceful, well-maintained, and the location is just perfect. It’s easy to get around, and everything I need is close by. What really stands out, though, is the leasing staff. Carmen Carta, in particular, is amazing. She’s always professional, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Whether it’s answering questions, handling requests, or making sure everything runs smoothly, Carmen’s attention to detail and dedication to her work is unmatched. If you’re looking for a place in Miami Lakes, I highly recommend checking this place out, and definitely ask for Carmen if you need any assistance—she’s the best!

I enjoy living at fountain house because it feels like “home”. I love the area and I enjoy being close to all the amenities it has to offer. Regarding FH - graham residential itself, you get what you pay for and so far there has been no complaints from me. The staff in the office is friendly and can resolve any problem you have in a reasonable time. I mostly want to take the time to applaud the people who work behind the scenes (maintenance workers, contractors, etc) for keeping the apartment building's clean and well maintained. I recommend living here 100%
