We received wonder service from start to finish. We have used Fountain City Finance three times and always exceeded our expectations. They are a first class service. The folks know how business is taken care of… with an eye for excellence. Superb communication was my favorite experience.

I don't believe I can say enough to convey how grateful I am that I was referred to FCF. Lisa was the first person I talked to about a refi on my mortgage, and everyone of her team that I spoke with in the following weeks did everything possible to assist me and answer any and all of my questions. I went into this with absolutely no knowledge or experience, just knowing that interest rates were a little lower than my present mortgage and I wanted to save some money and get a lower payment. We absolutely love Lisa and all the work she puts in for us. We have used her services multiple times and I would highly recommend her. The only complaint I have is the current secretary struggles a bit. She will ask for the wrong documents and you have to resend multiple items and she has trouble providing accurate information. Overall love the company and will continue doing business with them in the future, however I would recommend asking to skip the middle man because there is a lot of confusion.

Went VA and worked with realtor Deborah. She made the process seamless along with Lisa, Sharon and Heather. Would recommend FCF if purchasing a home.
