Foundry Yards

I toured a 1BR/1BA and 2BD/2BA with Malika M - she was wonderful; very knowledgeable and accommodating - she handled a resident's inquiry while also facilitating the tour with myself and another potential tenant. 6 stars for her. This apartment was top 5 for me; fortunately I was able to find a place at a more sensible base price, specials, and all of the specs I wanted (balcony, pool, washer/dryer, upper floor, ceiling fans, etc.). The bathrooms are very, very nice - they exude luxury. The amenities are standard, with the exception of the gym - that was exceptional. The location isn't that much of a bonus (to me) despite how much I'm certain it contributes to the price. Malika assisted me with an apartment tour and finding the best accommodations for my future move-in. She was very thorough and welcoming! I left feeling confident with my decision and I can’t wait to become a future resident. Thanks Malika!

The property manager Jade Post is absolutely amazing! I had a problem with a lost package and she dropped what she was doing to help me immediately find it! She greets everyone with a smile. Lauren Moore and Natalie Brock, the assistant managers, are also absolutely amazing and do everything they can to keep the community clean and safe. The maintenance team members are so kind and respond to issues immediately as they are reported. The common areas and the pool and fitness center are kept immaculately clean. They host fun resident events all the time that make it easy to get connected with neighbors. We love living here and love the staff!

I fully recommend living at Foundry Yards! The community, neighbors, and the office staff (Niki, Kristin and Rebecca) have made me feel so at home. The amenities are extremely nice, clean. I really enjoy the free yoga class they offer on Saturday and the amazing dog treats they give my fur-kid!

UPDATE!!!! 10/2025 WE WERE SENT TO DEBT COLLECTION FROM THIS!!!! My husband and I both have excellent perfect credit score, after we moved out, apparently there were some Utility bills That needs to be paid, They did not send any mail, phone calls, or valid email, They did not ask for any forwarding address at anytime. We were NEVER informed about the utility bills, until this dropped both of our credit score 115points!!!!! The new management lady told us they did not email or even try to contact me because my name is in the 2nd place, even through the lease said I am equivalent as my husband on the lease. Anyway the $450 UTILITY BILL?? Was rolling on a 7% interest rate for months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We paid for the bill immediately when we found about about this ONLY ON OUR CREDIT REP
