The management team is friendly and professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is always clear and respectful.The community is peaceful and neighbors are respectful. It’s a comfortable and pleasant environment. Also got great assistance from the leasing manager, Moravia! Great place to live ☺️

Moravia is one of the only people that has helped me make my stay at forty 200 welcoming. She has made sure every question I have is answered with explanation and reassuring me that I am in good hands. Also taking time on short notice before her lunch to assure my walk through for my unit was done ASAP so I could see what new unit I would be moving into. All together I have had a good experience here at forty 200 and could say its all thanks to her.

Mora was a great leasing manager I let her know when my dad needed an apartment and she got us in fairly quickly and we appreciate her

My wife and I moved in from out of state. We specially moved here because of the gym. Unfortunately since we’ve moved in the gym has been locked with no way to access. I have called multiple times each month trying to get an update and the last call I made to the office, I was dismissed & was told they are well aware of the situation but no timeline has been given for when it will be resolved.
