Fort Collins Mortgage

I have purchased two homes with Scott Charpentier, owner of Fort Collins Mortgage. The home loan process with Scott was as easy as possible with his great follow up and how he walked me thru the steps to get my home loans. His expertise and experience made these home purchases much easier than I thought possible. With over 1 billion dollars in mortgage home loans closed in his career that speaks volumes. He has my highest recommendation.

I would not recommend using Fort Collins Mortgage LLC when trying to buy a house. Scott was horrible at communicating and never addressed my questions when asked. His information on my case always changed, and his pre-approval wasn't worth the paper it was written on. DO NOT USE this business!

I recommend Scott Charpentier at Fort Collins Mortgage. Very simply, he is a professional. He gets the loan done with low fees, low rates and the loan always funds on time. I have clients who have used him for multiple loans.

Scott has rescued many of my clients who were told they would not be able to qualify. His knowledge of the lending market gives him the ability to think of ways to get things done- and on time!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Told us we were approved at one rate and didn't tell us until the day before we closed that the actual interest rate was a full point higher. Lies!
