Forsythia Court Apartments

Recently the property has been bought by Morgan Properties. Within 30-90 days, we have seen many upgrades & improvements such as roof repairs, sidewalk repairs, new windows, LED porch lights, and a dog park has been installed. The guys who came in to do my windows were so polite, in & out within 20-30 minutes, handled my belongings with TLC and cleaned up after their work. I was so impressed! The clean up on my part so minimal! I already love living here so the work being done will only add more value! I am excited to renew my lease for another year!

I lived there for awhile back in 2011 and let me tell you, if I could give a negative 5000 stars I would because this place is absolutely horrible!! Mold growing everywhere especially behind the wallpaper that they had on the walls (not sure if it's still like that now), nothing got fixed, things were always breaking, the people at the leasing office were rude and liked to cuss at people on the days that they decided to show up, plus you could never get a hold of them, the maintenance man thought he could just walk in any and everybody's apartments like he owned them any time he wanted to. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every little thing being said and done in your neighbors house, the laundry room was very nasty, and at one point my roof was leaking in my bathroom when it raine

I was thinking about getting a place and it seems nice. Small, however it's like your own little cottage/townhouse. Some even come with a washer dryer hookup or you have to use the laundry room. Not spacious more for a single person and maybe a dog .

They are a rip off. A year and a half after I left the apartment. I got a call that I still owe them one month of rent and then when I asked what happened they said that they misplaced a paper and said that I have to somehow provide the leaving note that they Never gave me and put it on me. please check your paperwork before leaving this apartment complex. I know they’re cheaper than the others in the area, but they are a scam. Please please make sure you have all your paperwork before you leave the apartment complex.

Living here for the most part has been quiet and peaceful. No major issues and the little things have been fixed. But every month I am being charged a liability fee when I have shown I have insurance and they have taken care of it most months but to the inconvenience of me having to email and call multiple times and hope I get a response around rent due date. This has happened every single month since the moment I moved in. This place is highly priced for what it’s worth as is. Overall, cute feel and the landscape is nice, and convenient area, but the management could be more communicative and helpful. Edit. I have now dropped to one star.
